Overview: IRLA YPG presents a panel to explore the critical operations that drive the successful transition and integration of legacy market transactions before, during and after a deal.

Agenda:

●     Objectives and overview of the session (“explore the critical operations that drive the successful transition and integration of legacy market transactions before, during and after a deal.”)

●     Overview of the 3 key phases of a transaction (from 3 viewpoints: Identifying, doing and completing the deal / Integration / Transition into BAU)

●     Deep dive into each of the 3 key phases

●     Interactive Exercise - "Operations team" role-play. Create a plan to integrate this recently acquired book, considering that you are:

○     Bringing the claims management in house; and

○     Keeping with the cedent / third party.

●     Debrief - Discussing how both these types of deals are integrated and consider ways to optimise existing operating model.
